Thank you for shopping with The Fudge Bar, please find the following terms of conditions of all sales below.

All content, including photos, on The Fudge Bar website are the sole property of The Fudge Bar and can not be duplicated, reproduced or copied in part or in full. 

Product:
All listed sizes and weights are approximates as our fudge is hand made. This means it is subject to some minor variation from the specified size. Most of the time this means your fudge will weigh more than the 80grams, however in rare occasions it may weight slightly less. 

In extremely rare cases we might have to supply an alternative fudge flavour if the flavour you have requested is out of stock. We reserve the right to supply this alternative.

Pricing:
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and includes 10% GST.

Allergens/Ingredients:
Fudge ingredients, nutrition grid, allergens and expiry date information is listed on the label. Please pay close attention to the allergens and ingredients list if there is anything you are allergic to, we don't want to make you sick! If in doubt, do not consume the product. For reference, all flavours are gluten free with the exception of cookies and cream. 

While we wash our equipment thoroughly, all fudges are manufactured on the same equipment that processes wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts. As such, traces may be present. It's extremely unlikely, but, it's not impossible. 

Delivery:
We use Australia Post parcel post.

Purchases can't be cancelled after payment has been received.

Please ensure that you enter your address correctly in the check out process. We reserve the right to charge you additional delivery charges if your products are delivered to the wrong address.

Your fudge is shelf stable, so it can withstand a little heat and the postal process, however, like chocolate, it may deteriorate if left in the sun for many days. To ensure maximum taste, please be home when your fudge arrives, or collect from the post office within a short time. 

We unfortunately take no responsibility if fudge has deteriorated when left in hot conditions. 

While we do everything in our power to deliver your fudge within 5 -7 business days for regular post, there may be times where our postage services made errors and deliveries are late. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
