How long will it be until I receive my fudge?
You can expect to receive your fudge in 5 - 7 days with our standard postage option, and 2 - 3 days with our express option

Will my fudge melt in the post? Do I need to be home to receive it?
Thankfully no, your fudge will not melt in the post! Our fudge has been tested in a food lab and certified to be shelf stable for 12 months, which means it can happily live outside the fridge. It's helpful to think of fudge like a block of chocolate - it's fine out of the fridge but it will still be affected in a hot car, or if left in the sun. You don't have to be home to receive your fudge, but we recommend bringing it in away from the sun as soon as possible so the flavour doesn't deteriorate.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?
In the rare case that something in wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at say.hello.to.fudge@gmail.com. Please include photos and your order number.

I'm coeliac - can I eat your fudge?
Good news! You can eat every flavour on this website, except for the Cookies and Cream flavour. However, if you are extremely allergic or intolerant to gluten, we recommend you steer clear of our fudge as our equipment is used to produce our cookies and cream flavour. While it's extremely unlikely you will be affected, there could be trace amounts on the equipment. The Fudge Bar takes no responsibility for allergic reactions.
